Bo Niehaus built the Beep Beep app as a Commercial app. This SERVICE is provided by Bo Niehaus and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.
If you choose to use my Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy. The Personal Information that I collect is used for providing and improving the Service. I will not use or share your information with anyone except as described in this Privacy Policy.

Beep Beep is designed with privacy in mind. The app does not require you to register or to create an account, and it never asks for your real name.

This data is stored in a database operated by Supabase and is used solely to process your feedback and improve the app. When feedback arrives, a notification containing your message is sent to me so I can respond. Your feedback is not used for advertising, is not sold, and is not shared with anyone else. If you do not enter an email address, I have no way of contacting you and no way of linking the message to you.
In case of an error in the app, Firebase Crashlytics may collect data and information (through third-party products) called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device type, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing the Service, the time and date of the crash, and other technical statistics.
This data is used solely for identifying and fixing bugs and improving app stability. No personal information such as names, email addresses, or user accounts are included in this data.
This website uses Google Analytics (via Firebase Analytics) to understand how visitors interact with the site and improve user experience. Google Analytics may collect information such as:

The mobile app does not use cookies. However, this website uses Google Analytics which may place cookies on your device for analytical purposes. These cookies do not collect personal information and are used solely to improve website performance and user experience.

Your learning progress and settings are stored locally on your device, so that part of your information is as secure as your device itself. I recommend keeping your device secure with a passcode or biometric authentication.
Data that does leave your device – leaderboard entries, push notification tokens, and feedback – is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and stored by the service providers listed above. Feedback can only be written by the app, never read back by it; only I can read submitted feedback.

Therefore, I strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy of these websites. I have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
This Service is suitable for all ages. The app does not require registration or any form of user identification, and it never asks anyone for their real name, address, or date of birth. The optional leaderboard username and the optional email address in the feedback form are the only fields where a user could enter personal information, and both are voluntary and can be left empty. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13 years of age. If you believe a child has provided such information, please contact me at the address below and I will delete it.
I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
