Dangerous behavior in traffic usually goes without consequences - because evidence is missing and witnesses never find each other. Gegenverkehr ("oncoming traffic") helps you document incidents, make repeat offenders visible, and connect affected people with witnesses.

Report an incident in text, photo, or voice recording with live transcription. Others find your report by license plate or by location and time - contact details are only shared once both sides agree.

How it works

Affected? Report the incident and enable "witnesses wanted". Others find your report by license plate or by location and time - you'll get notified as soon as a matching incident is reported.

Witnessed something? Report the incident with the witness role - or offer to witness someone else's report. The affected person decides whether to accept your offer.

Privacy by Design

  • Anonymized - others never see your identity or exact location
  • Evidence stays private - photos & voice recordings only for you and people you explicitly approve
  • Contact exchange only by mutual consent
  • Full account deletion anytime - including all data
